Supported by Cultural & Creative Industries Skillnet, Screen Ireland, Animation Ireland, and Comisiún na Meán, Creative Leaders is a premium-level training program aimed at the Creative Industries.
Delivered in collaboration between Montalk Consulting & Greatmeadow, now in its seventh year, this 6-8 month leadership development program focuses on supporting a sustainable industry through positive working environments, by empowering authentic leadership in participants.
Program Goals
The Creative Leaders program intends to empower participants in the development of their leadership style so they can leverage their unique strengths and give others the space to develop their own.
Through a series of both online and in-person workshops, participants gain a better understanding of themselves and how they can create a positive impact in their careers and teams.
